Copy , thank you guys ! @Lance Trezona @Eddie Brady. I’ll let my friend know he can at least rent out some rooms. if my friend is traveling for work most the time out of the year but keeps his mailing address. Is there any violation with still having tenants at his home ?

Hello good morning everyone , marcos here ! So I have a friend that wants to use his military VA home loan to purchase a rental. Has anyone been had experience with buying a house with the VA home loan then renting it out to a family. He's primarily looking to do a single family home to rent it out in Arizona. Tips and advice would highly be appreciated :)
