Hi! Im a newbie at BP. A good deal came up at Oakville, MO but I dont have a bird dog/real estate agent and a contractor there. Been doing deals mostly in Florida and Puerto Rico, so far. 

I dont want to pass on it so I would really appreciate if you can give me some reccomendations.
