Hey thanks for the info, I would love to have attended the local REI meeting but I am currently working in California. Tyler thanks I will check them out. Have you used them in the past?

Hi BP brethren! I own a rental 3 bd 2 ba sfh in Coeur d’ Alene, ID and will be needing property managers at the end of Sept. I am wondering if anyone has had positive experience with a management company or  individual. I have had trouble with B&D property management there in the past but I believe they fortunately have gone out of business. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
