I made a point to go around the room and introduce myself and talk to folks. In just the hour or so I was there Aaron, I would say I heard folks asking me the same questions I had 15-20 years ago when I started: "How do I figure the ARV?" "How do I figure the reno costs" "How do I find a hard money lender"...so I'd say yes, there is a hunger for knowledge. Just my two cents.
