Bird- dog found this business & contract expired with real estate agent.  Individual owns it and letting go of 1-4 businesses.  I have all the paperwork on excel spreadsheet paperwork.  

All the way detailed down to upcoming repairs……

I am not trying to mark up the property as many do!!!!    No, I would rather get the price down low for you and you pay me separately!  I find this to work out best this way we can tag team to benefit you the most!!!  Then next time I call you — hopefully you will make me a priority….

If I am doing this totally wrong please some senior step up and guide me and I will JV with someone !!!! I won't just JV and share my profit for me doing all the work I have fallen for that trick sorry ….
