Hello BP!

My name is Margaret and finally after many months of researching, I am ready to jump into REI and wholesaling. MY goal is to become a fix/flipper once I gain more capital but to gain that capital I want to start off wholesaling. I am in the Phoenix area and have connected with a few agents who are representing sellers of distressed properties and I have 2 that I got an accepted offer on in Phoenix.
