Thank you for chiming in since I use Rent Redi. I am a new user to Rent Redi though and would love to be able to pull the same reports as Edward. How do you pull annual reports in Rent Redi?



 Hey Margie

Did Tyson ever respond to your question? I did get a call from someone at RentRedi but it was the Friday after Thanksgiving and I was not working that day. I asked the caller to call back Monday and nobody ever did. I am interested to know if they ever got back to you? 


 Yes, and I got a detailed report on how to pull deposits. I am a smaller landlord so I will keep plugging along with Rent Redi for now since the price is right for me and so far so good.

Has anyone paid what I would call substantial money to join a mentorship program and if so was it worth it? What mentorship would you recommend? My husband and I are wanting to branch out in our real estate journey and try an area we don't have a lot of experience in like Subject to and Wholesaling. We feel like we need some hand holding to get started in this area. We have around 10 properties. Most of them were MLS listings or just crossed our path.
