After 15 years in the Biz, I just moved to "expRealty" which is completely cloud-based (no Bricks 'n Morter) and I LOVE it as I don't generally meet clients in the office and when I do go into the office, there's very few, if any agents in there so why continue to pay for that!?  While exp had good on-line training and State Broker support, it may not be good for a brand new agent but definitely worth looking into...  It's a nation-wide, publicly-traded, and very fast growing Brokerage that offers high Commissions splits, revenue share and stock are very rare "pluses" you don't find from many Brokers...  I'm happy to provide more info. if interested!

I'm curious whether you purchased a vacation rental and are having success renting it out @Uyenchi Ho?  I live in Incline Village (NV) in Northern Lake Tahoe where there are a number of AirBnB/VRBO rentals which serve as a little extra income source for part-time owner-occupants.  Would like to know how well it's worked out for you!?

There's a number of new (mostly tech) businesses moving into Reno in addition to Tesla so you really can't go wrong investing anywhere in the Reno-Sparks area as the housing market is booming!  I personally would look at small multi-family housing opportunities or even pre-construction purchases in some of the new gated "villages" as a housing shortage is surely imminent!  Here's a good article which identifies some specific new housing developments in the area.  I'm based out of Incline Village, however, also service Reno/N. Nevada.  Would be happy to help you find a good investment!  http://curbed.com/archives/2016/01/05/tesla-farada...
