I've just come across the need to do a quiet title because my title company just told me that the current owners of a property I want to buy need to get a quiet title before they will close the deal since they got the property at a tax auction. Raquel, you mentioned that you were able to find the missing  people necessary to clear the title.  Is that even possible to do when all that's on record is that the county sold it to the current owners?
