I saw vacant land 'for sale' listing that said 'Seller will build to suite'. Does that mean if I buy the land, do I have to use the Seller's constuction company to build? The land seems to be a good deal but if I cannot shop for building, it may not a good idea to buy...

Hi Ari. I am new to BP but have been a member of local REIA. We meet in MSU Management center in Troy on Third Thursday of every month. MREI-Michigan Real Estate Investors. Great group.
