I have the same issue, with the new lock down coming soon (hopefully not) im not sure what’s to come. I’m thinking to ask applicants for 1 year with of bank statements and pay stubs to see what the situation was during the first lockdown....

My bill is $1200 every quarter on a six unit. Called my city told them the meter is broken and they responded with a you take to many showers......
