Anyone have experience with buildable lots in Ellijay, GA? I have a client who wants to sell theirs, I've visited Ellijay before and curious to any investors' experiences in the area! It's located in Coosawattee River Resort.

@Christopher Morgan my man! I have spoken with Space Coast Credit Union, Vystar and Community Bank of the South here in Brevard and they all offer commercial products to my knowledge no IO or bridge only perm. Community bank of the south is the smallest and most flexible but that has its cons too. Really curious of others’ experience here.

Anyone know the expected income on a 3/2 and 2/2 split unit for Wyndham OceanWalk condos in Daytona Beach? Any recommendations for STR managers there? Thanks so much!
