I'm wanting to get into real estate investing but I am having a hard time figuring out how to get large loans with out a consistent annual income. 

I am 24 years old and am currently attending college as a major in electrical and computer engineering. I have accumulated over half a million through stock securities. I am currently a legal resident in the united states but not a U.S. citizen, and because of this I have no credit since I have only had a bank account in the states for a short amount of time.

I have already planned out and ran numerous simulations based on real world circumstances in order to succeed. My plan is to enter the market with 100k (20%) down, requiring about 400k in loans.

Are their any real world hacks to get around this?
