I am a new investor in Memphis Tennessee and would to meet other people that wholesaling in the area. I am new to the business but I have massive potential in finding leads.

The retail store that I manage I get to talk to about 30-50 people a day during that one week at least 3 are in some sort of house/property situation. I noticed these are people of thinking about selling their property. I'm getting my information straight and tomorrow I got a property and hopefully have it under contract. Not familiar with Memphis so it becomes some what of a challenge

My name is Mario I am a full time retail store manager. I've been in the automotive industry for 12 years. You can make on that industry just not as a General Manager. Besides working for someone else will not get me to the type of financial freedom I need for me and my family. After attending a fortune builders workshop for the weekend, I realized Real Estate investing is where I wanted to start. I am a motivated self oriented individual who wants to meet other people who are in Real Estate.
