Helll @Mason Jacobs. No i am trying to find 80-100k to restore a fantastic traditional home in a touristic place in south Greece . But because it is built before 1960 banks do not insure it as it is(not renovated) for earthquake so they do not grant me a loan even though my payslip is quite good

Hi to everyone,

I would like to ask that ,my banks in my country (Greece) are unable to provide refinance options for the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), what alternative realistic strategies can I consider for implementing this investment approach?
