Investment Info:

Condo other investment in Springfield.

Purchase price: $210,000
Cash invested: $20,000

Invested into a Condo property in Las Vegas NV. I used all my college savings for the downpayment and other fees. The property is currently being rented out. In the future, I plan on refinancing the house to buy a second property which I will house hack.

Hello, I am currently studying Business marketing/management while being a full-time athlete and a part-time worker. I will get more into investing; however, I am not sure what I am able to do as of right now. Should I try and get my realtor license while I'm in school? should I fully focus on school first and then go all into real estate after I graduate? Or does anyone have any recommendations for students who want to get into real estate but are currently fully tied up with school?
