I was trying to just buy a theme that it would come included with. Thanks for explaining that it makes a lot of sense I do need to sign up with IDX lol

I currently use AVADA by theme forest they have so many awesome demos and it's so customizable. I wanted to use a rea estate theme from theme forest but I don't know if there is such a thing as MLS integrating without paying another 3rd party service.

I see other real estate websites that the listings look native on but using IDX (and maybe I’m not using the plugin correctly) looks kinda wonky.
