Quote from @Matt Nettles:

Does anyone know the cost of Michael Blanks mentoring program? I have scheduled a call but it didn’t say anything about pricing.

I know he has pricing for his ultimate guide course and his deal maker package but nothing on the mentoring.

Just trying to get an idea of what it will cost

Any help would be greatly appreciated

They are still asking for 30k for a year long mentorship program. They promise to ensure your first deal is complete by the end and will help you build your team and resources along the way.

Told the sales rep price is bit too high and he hung up on me….haha

They need better sales training if people are gonna pay these high prices.

Hi,

This year I’ve decided to start investing in real estate and am looking for some general advice.

I am planning to bid on a property and every realtor I’m speaking with is telling me I need to go 15% higher then the asking price. Their telling me investors are banking on the market earning 20% this year.

Secondly they asked that I stay away from FHA loans.

Is this accurate or should I look for another realtor to work with?

I’m looking to invest in Houston TX.

Thank you for taking time to answer this.
