Post: Anyone Investing in STR in West Sacramento?

I'm looking into a Townhouse near the riverwalk and wanted to know if any investors have any properties there. Currently, W Sac rentals will not cover the mortgage, but it will do better if you Airbnb it. I'm also getting ahead of the curve because West Sac is up and coming and also with the Oakland A's coming to the stadium. Any thoughts?
