yes, the house must be transferred and recorded (about 2 wks) but do i have to wait to buy from him? i guess it depends on the mood of the lender that day.

my dad bought a house at the auction yesterday. he needs some extra cash, so can i get a 30 yr conventional loan to buy it from him?

i do most of the work myself, i can do it in a quarter of the time, the quality is good, and don't have to worry about other people. the more involved or skilled jobs can be hired out
