Hello everyone, my name is Mark Colbert and I am excited to be a new member on Bigger Pockets. I'm overwhelmed about how much knowledge is here, I am eager to meet new people who share the same passion for RE investing as I do. I am a native of Washington DC and I am currently a Firefighter in the District of Columbia looking to get started in RE investing he right way (mentor ship, meetings, education etc.) I am very much interested in buy and hold & flipping property and would be interested in partnering up with motivated individuals.

Hello all, my name is Mark and I am also a Washingtonian who is interested in meeting new people with similar interests of investing in RE. I am also interested in learning more from anyone willing to share knowledge. A little bit about myself, I am a Firefighter in the District of Columbia and have had a passion for RE investing for quite some time now but I'm nervous about pulling the trigger. I was burned on a RE deal years ago because I just jumped in head first without any real RE education. Long story short I lost the property and have been nervous about it ever since. I have just recently got my nerve up to get back in the game. I am excited, motivated and looking forward to meeting up with a group of peers to discuss further partnerships to obtain a common goal of financial freedom. Bigger Pockets has great info and I'm glad that I am a member.
