Hey guys I’m currently renting a home in KC, MO and my neighbors who are from California are renovating the house next door. We’ve developed a relationship and I’m pretty close with them as well as my landlord. They are going to be done with this house come September and offered me the opportunity to rent their house. I’m curious if I could potentially Airbnb arbitrage the current house I’m in and live in the house next door.

How many deals have you completed after signing up?

Hey guys I’m looking into the Kansas City market to invest in Multi-family (24-40 units).

What kind of numbers are you looking for as far as job growth, population growth, income demographics? What kind of numbers do you like to see. Obviously I down trend is not good. But where is that threshold at for you? 

I would definitely do buy and holds in there.

How would you market to a out of state investor? Facebook, real estate agents, BiggerPockets? What are your ideas.
