Hello everyone! I'm a beginner in the real estate game (one multi-unit residential) living in North Hollywood in the Los Angeles area. I am 24, currently own a startup in printing and IT services. I have been scoping out the forums for a while and finally decided to introduce myself. Love the energy here, hope to meet some creative geniuses!
