Carter, I'm interested please call or text me 608-445-4655

I can’t say that I’m familiar with the style of foundation that you have but from my experience, concrete cracks. Whenever you install tile over concrete an uncoupling membrane must be used to isolate your tile/ grout from the possibility of a crack in the slab ruining your floor. You can look it up yourself, but maybe just maybe the person that installed the tile didn’t take that precaution and now the install failed. Happens all the time .

Hi Mark, welcome! I am based out of Janesville, but spend quite a bit of time in Madison as well. If you would ever like to meet for coffee, feel free to reach out any time!

Thanks Calvin will do!
