I bought the home four years ago with a fha loan. The entire house was repaired floors, cabinets, walls, bathrooms, windows, ceilings. It was alot there were 9 dumpsters full of trash that needed to be cleared out along with 1 car and 1 rv.

The in law apartment was huge for me. I was able to make money on my main level while living in my own in law
