HOME JUST SOLD! Closing was on Valentines Day in Columbus Ohio! Another successful renovation fix n flip by Hassle Free Home Liquidators team. The Federal Reserve interest rate hikes in 2022 directly affected the time it toke to sell this property, in the end it may have taken longer to sell but after quality hard-work and consistency in marketing the end results created a great learning opportunity that lead to growth as company and team!

Federals Reserve interest rate hike directly affected consumer confidence and also seemed to affect fix n flippers.

CASH. My first two I did financing but this one I used cash to purchase and cash to rehab. 100% free and clear title.

How did you add value to the deal?

Top down rehab, new LVT flooring, freshly painted throughout with a fully fenced private back yard! Brand new kitchen with white shaker cabinetry and granite counter tops! Completely renovated with a new roof, new flooring, and a new air conditioner!

What was the outcome?

Clean lines, well-appointed finishes, and a fantastic location nearby everything Columbus has to offer.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I learned a lot over the past year rehabbing this property. The biggest challenge was completing this property renovation during the 2020 covid-19 pandemic.
