Congrats man, that is awesome. I just closed on my first investment property which is a tri-pelx and 100 units seems like such a lofty goal. Encouraging to see that you where in my shoes only 6 years ago and now are at 100 units. Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work.

Just closed on my first Triplex. Two of the units need some work but I am wanting to get the unit that has already been renovated rented. Is it necessary to get a lawyer to put together a good lease? Are the leases on Bigger Pockets a good place to start? Any advise would be helpful. I'm in Omaha, Ne so if anyone knows a good real estate lawyer that could be hopeful also.
Hello, my name is Mark Huber and my wife Sara and I are new to BP and excited about getting started buying some small multi-unit properties, ideally 2-4 units. We are new to RE investing and working on learning everything that we can. We live in Omaha, Ne and are planning to start investing here.
