That sounds awesome. I'll have to check it out. I noticed how fast everything was going while we were buying our house. It was like everything was on the market for a few days at most and then gone. Thanks!

Hey, guys! So my wife and I bought our first house about 6 months ago. I've been reading about real estate investing for a few years now and I've listened to the BP podcast for about a year. It seems houses are being bought and sold very quickly in my area. Rentals are also filled very quickly. I'm trying to find a few people in my area to network with. I'm very new to this but very excited to get started.
