I am looking for advice in starting a wholesaling business. I am not looking for a guru to sell me on their latest product, but a real person who has done wholesaling successfully  and would not mind sharing their experiences with me. I have been researching the industry and am ready to get started. I am not new to real estate investing, but I am new to wholesaling.
