All residential, tenant-occupied legal 6-unit building in the historic West Town/West Wicker Park Chicago . The building features four 2-bed, 1-bath units and two 1-bed, 1-bath units. Each unit has a separate water heater. The property also includes three exterior parking spots, central heating in all units, a large shared deck, and a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. Units have been updated over the past couple of years, all featuring functional layouts that are very easy to rent. Rents can increase during renewal.
