@Jonathan Smith.  In your opinion, what do you think I should be aiming for on my rehab costs for each individual line item I listed?  

I'm currently getting my property rehabbed.  1,250 sq/ft total livable, 3/2 floorplan.   Here is what I am paying.

Painting, 3 rooms + 4 closets, (labor + material) - $1/sqft

Vinyl Plank flooring (labor only) - $1.25/sq.ft

Granite Counter top, <45 sq/ft, (labor + material) - $44/sqft

Cabinets, 9 std size pieces, (labor + material) - $1,200
