Hi Wiliam,
I tend to paint with a broad brush, but.................Look at Lehi. Adobie, NSA, and many more hi tech companies. The rest of the country has a set idea of what SLC is. I see new construction at a crazy pace. All aminitys are here, (Austins inferstructure can not handle the rapid growth). There's Park City, and so much more. Business friendly. Educated and diverse population. There's more. It's hoppen' here!

Mark Luchsinger here. I work mainly in the Salt Lake City and Park City areas in Utah. I'm from Lubbock, TX. I moved here a year ago from Albuquerque, NM. I started my real estate career in multi-family in Texas. I have 12 rehab/flips , a few wholesales, and many single and multi-family rentals under my belt.
