Hello. I have three deals in front of me that on paper look promising, but this is my first investment venture, and I am looking for a mentor and joint partner for these deals. One is a fix and flip, and the other is a property purchase and dividing that property into one additional lot (meets zoning requirements) - possibly remodel and add on to existing house or tear down and new construction on new lot. Each property ARV is over $1.3 to $1.7 million. i grew up in the seacoast of Maine and New Hampshire and understand the market well and have the architect and sub-contractors set up to execute these deals.
