Heyvall

thanks for all the replies and all who messaged ms. I have replied to all but seems the notification system in here is a bit glitchy. And time difference is no help either.

I will try call as many of you as I can later in the week

thanks again all

Thanks  all very good info

trust me when you compare houses across the US for the price range we are looking at Cleveland was pretty good. Cincy. Kentucky Columbus etc etc had places similar but out of the price range. Youngstown was an area similar but our main focus is to have good weekly paying long term tenants.

I've been looking at Parma and Cleveland heights areas but like I said am totally open to suggestions.

I would hope there'd be a little growth over10 years Lol but again the growth isn't the goal. As great as that is. Regular reliable long term tenants

Hey all

my wife and I are from Australia. We are currently in a good position atm to buy an investment property outright. The money we have needs to start to actually work for us and the US housing market atm is a great start

of all the research I've done Cleveland has come up no1 on our list due to a few reasons but house quality to.price range is the leading factor atm.

being we are from overseas we seem to be hitting some dead ends with no replies to emails etc etc. I have travelled America pretty extensively so it's not like we are newbies to the states and my wife was born there. But we are choosing for her not to become a dual citizen again as it makes our tax lives a little easier easier

ANYWAY. enough drivel would love to hear some thoughts and feed back about investing in Cleveland. We will be there in early November with the sole intention of buying then

thanks

Mark
