Just a quick reminder of our meeting this Wednesday for the Northside Indianapolis Real Estate Meetup.  Property Management is the topic this month. We'll discuss managing your own properties, hiring a manager, plus multi-family investment and financing.  See above for details.

The guest speaker this month is Scott White of Apex properties here in Indianapolis.  He has an interesting background and he's going to share tips on property management, financing multi-units, and more. 

We'll have other discussions as well.

The Febuary meeting of the Northside Indianapolis Meetup has been bumped to March 1st. Same location as last meeting 11550 N. Meridian St. (SePro, Keller Williams Building on the S.W. Corner of 116th and Meridian).  1st Floor Conference Room. March 1st 6-8:00pm

All real estate investors and enthusiasts are welcome to attend.  The group is growing every month and we've enjoyed the insight our diverse group brings.

You're welcome to join us. It's a growing group of Real Estate enthusiasts from Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, and the surrounding areas.  This meeting is going to focus on deal analysis.

I've had questions about the date: Jan 26th 6:30pm.  In case you only see the post and not the meetup info.

January Meeting of the Northside Indy Real Estate Investor Meetup has been scheduled.

Due to rapid growth and interest, we had to change locations!

Please note the change of address, it will be held in the SePro / Keller Williams building located at 11550 N Meridian St, Carmel IN 46032.  The conference room is located on the first floor to the left of the elevators down the hall.

All investors, realtors, buyers, sellers, and real estate enthusiast are welcome to attend.  Try to let me know if you'll be coming, for planning purposes. 

Please join us for an open discussion on deal analysis for our upcoming meeting and revolving topics from here on out.  We're not pitching anything, the group is organized to network and create a community were like minded real estate enthusiasts can network, get to know each other and help each other out.

We also will be rolling out a speaker of the month so we can learn from our audience experts first hand.

The meeting will be held once a month (approximately every third Thursday).
