Getting started in wholesaling in Phoenix AZ. Just curious about the general consensus on getting started. Should I start connecting with buyers in the area first or start looking for motivated sellers?

Hey everyone my name is Mark Meredith. I moved recently from Michigan with my girlfriend to escape the cold and chase new opportunity. I was introduced to investing in real estate by listening to Grant Cardone talk about investing in multifamily units. I am excited to learn from the wealth of information here and network with like minded individuals obsessed with success. I will be taking the real estate course to earn my real estate license and become an agent within the year. I am also excited about learning about investing in real estate especially multi family units. I look forward to connecting with people here and learning everything I can!
