This post is not a scam. I inherited a substantial amount of money when I sold off my late parent's properties. I'm currently looking to make loan investments in the range of $50,000-$150,000. 

I'm looking to broaden my real estate investing education with mentors in real estate loan investing. I'm a new private lender seeking partnerships with experienced wholesalers who are skilled at finding off market properties/ deals and experienced real estate investors who are skilled in the business of flipping property, both with a proven track record.

I'm primarily very interested in lending opportunities for the purchase of properties and for the renovation/rehab of said properties, and secondarily for refinancing of existing debt on property or purchase of existing (performing) loans.

I'm a digital marketing/ advertising professional by trade and have done property management work for my family business in the past. I can provide value to mentors in a variety of ways. I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
