I am currently in the search for deals and opportunities for fix and flips properties from Lansdale PA all the way to Levittown PA . I am a cash buyer and have a few hundred thousand ready to purchase with. I haven't had much luck in finding much deals. I do have an agent but not much action or properties come our way. I did put in a few offers but no luck. Any suggestions on how to find more deals or leads? How can I expand my search and have more opportunities? Thank you in advance.
