First time doing a Subject-To deal and I’m trying to take over a family members existing mortgage as they want out. Should be fairy easy as the seller is 100% on board with it.

I have had no luck finding an attorney to help us facilitate this deal though, I have called nearly 20 attorneys off of google and they have never heard of subject-to.

If anyone has any referrals please send them my way! Thanks
