Hey everyone, trying to evaluate a deal and looking to get some opinions on rent pricing. I have a pretty good deal on a small plot of land, and I would plan on clearing the land, placing a gravel lot and security fencing, couple shipping containers, and renting it out as contractor storage space. How would you determine fair market value for rents. There are a couple similar properties around the area but the rates seem to be wildly varying.
