I run 32 doors myself in the North Ridgeville & Elyria Ohio Areas. I have multiple decades of experience but I feel like I should be more efficient. Is there some type of training regarded as the "Gold Standard" for property management and compliance that focuses on being a Landlord advocate? Any pointers would be appreciated!
