Greetings,

I am a recent Civil Engineering college graduate, and I am looking for advice on how to secure funding.

The deal is located in Florida

I am currently in process of purchasing the Land for $18k free and clear

I will be building an 1100 SQ/FT home construction cost will be around $130,000

What are some ways I can secure funding as a 21-year-old inspiring developer? ARV is around $250,000 on the very low end.

Quote from @Ben Aaron:

How much do you need?

The way I like to do when I cant find a lender is either CC Funding and get 0% APR Capital or BLOC and like that, no one asks me whats the money for.

The land is 100k I was thinking of trying to get 50% and the other 50% I will use 0% cc

Could anyone help me understand how would a hard money loan work for land purchase only?

Did you ever move forward with the process of the modular homes in south Florida?

Hello everyone my name is Marquez Davis I am a recent college graduate with a degree in civil engineering. I would like to get into real estate by becoming a small residential developer building new construction homes. I am all ears to any advice. Also it may be a long shot but I am looking for a mentor.
