@Ryan Copeland Congrats! This is exactly what I needed to hear today. I work a salaried job as well and saving can be kind of slow for me. Where did you get the cash? Forive me if I'm overstepping. My goal this year is to purchase my first property. I would like for it to be an investment property, but not sure how to finance it. Any tips?

Also, do you plan on making renovations?
