@Luis Serrano
Man I didn’t take the time to read through all these comments, but most the ones I did see were negative. Don’t let that get to you. So what if you’re in NY and doing business in MS. Look at the Phoenix, AZ market. Home of the gurus. Damn near every one of them are doing business virtually across the country (including Ms, AL, GA, etc.). Your geographic location is a non issue. Keep up the good work brother.
I’m originally from MS and do a little business there now. You need to connect with Adam Johnson and Brent Moreno. They’re in Hattiesburg (little bit north of Kiln) and I guarantee you they can help you move this deal. They’ve got a small(ish) mentorship program, but incredibly humble, good people. Find them on YouTube (wholesale hackers) or FB group (real estate roundup). Let me know if I can help with anything.

@Tammie Alexander anytime! This is a great area up here. Relocated here a few years ago from Memphis and never looked back.

First of all, props to you for even starting! That’s more than most people do!
By the way, I’m in NWA, what part of Arkansas are you operating?
Wholesale opportunities on the MLS are very few and far between. I mean, it's possible, but 99 times out of 100 the deal is too skinny. You're better off looking elsewhere. I'd recommend driving for dollars if possible when first starting out, those will be your best leads, and you don't need thousands to pull a deal out. If you're really bad with people skills you should still be able to pull a deal out of 100 good driving for dollars leads. In a month's time that's 25 a week, or a little over 3 per day. Give it 90 days and you should have a couple deals under your belt.
Good luck to you! Feel free to reach out if you need anything!

That makes sense. Forgive my ignorance. I just happened to see a video somewhere of someone searching their COUNTY on the site and came up with over 500 results, then I searched my STATE and produced 20. I should have known it would be too good to be true.
By the way, what part of TN are you in?

Higginson AR!?! I used to work around that area a lot a few years ago, small world... so it appears the hudhomestore isn’t the cherry picking goldmine I thought it would be.. bummer

Actually just found out about Hudhomestore.com. I'm not sure what the criteria is for a property to be listed on the site (looks like it's simply an REO listing site). Question is, why would it only show 20 listings for the entire state of Arkansas? I know for a fact there's way more REO's than that within 5 miles of me. What am I missing?
