Hi Everyone,
What are your thoughts about Fort Lauderdale short term rentals, Airbnb vs traditional rent. Looking to invest with my husband in Fort Lauderdale. Looking at small condos around 150-250k and rent it. Is Fort Lauderdale good area for Airbnb short rentals? Would you recommend condo or multi unit home for the best cash flow.
Found this deal, would love to get anyones opinion. We live in Fort Lauderdale and would like to focus on our back yard with our first investment. Is Fort Lauderdale overall a good market.
Any advice, opinion is very much appreciated.

Met with couple of conventional banks to get loan of 725k, got turned out from 3 banks. Any mortgage broker suggestions or any other options for Coral Gables, FL.? For investment purposes.
