I'm needing help finding a bank or lender that works with self employed individuals. One that may work with your bank statements rather than tax returns..if you can help, please respond.

QM? Not sure what that stands for.  My CPA said that he could do my taxes in a way that shows the necessary income to qualify,  but i don't want to wait two tax seasons to go the traditional route. 

I am currently self employed 1099. I want to get started buying properties but my taxes do not reflect enough income to receive a traditional loan. What are my options as far as getting financing. I am wanting to buy and hold for cash flow and want to implement the BRRRR method and am not sure if i will be eligible for the refinance either..Please help!
