Im looking to build a team to brrrr and flip properties in the lebanon county Pennsylvania  area, any leads or help would be highly appreciated,  thanks.

I am in the middle of thinking about refinance  12 houses that  i own free and clear, im thinking to fo that to get a mortgage  with very low interest and to get money lined up for future deal if they come up since market might come down, what are your thoughts on that?

Bought a house for 61k, painted the interior and sold it for for $103k 2 months later, was going to be a rental but decided to flip it instead
