Michelle, I am looking to send mailers out to those probate leads to see if they are interested in selling and working with them through the probate process. I was looking for names and addresses of cases within the last 2-3yrs.

Hello to all, I was trying to acquire or create a list of probates (Estate within) in Cook County in Illinois. Wondering how to go about doing this for any local Chicago Investors? I went down to the Clerk Circuit court this week and they said that you had to have a file number on hand to search. Is there a way to pull a comprehensive list that anyone could share the how to on? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
