thanks gentlemen for all the helpful info. What I'm taking from this is that we can be as successful as we want to be, it's just all on our shoulder. Knowledge is power and power and money go hand in hand. My wife and I understand the market, but what we need to research more are the different types of loans and problem solving solutions for when there is a bump in the road. Good afternoon, my name is Marty and I am here with my wife Karyna. Ill start off by saying we both despised our jobs working for someone else. After my year long battle with cancer, my views on life changed drastically. I want to be able to run my life, be with my family and be financially stable. Those are my BIG WHY's. My wife and I will be looking for a mentor, a good mentor to show us the right paths to take, to teach us and act as a foundation while we build our own foundation.
