After taking sometime to understand the real estate investing landscape, I feel confident in starting out at looking for multifamily properties that I can house hack or use the BRRRR strategy to accelerate my growth in the business. However I am currently trying to do some Market Research in order to focus down on a few zip codes were I can start marketing and grow a niche. I am located in Connecticut were the two big cities are New Haven and Hartford. Any advice on what to look for when conducting market research to see what area are the best to find the investment proprieties? I know that focusing is the best method to find deals but I am struggling on which areas or zip codes to focus on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

My name is Marwane Taroua and I am excited to start my journey into the real estate investing world. I am 22 and I have just graduated from college here in Uconn and I have been fortunate enough to get my real estate license when I was 18. I have spent these 4 years learning everything I can about the industry and listing to TONS of bigger pockets  podcast episodes. Now I feel ready to take actionable steps to being involved in my real estate market and begin my investing career. I look forward to being active on the forums and learning as much as I can from this extremely supportive community! Thank you for the support and good luck to all other investors out there!
